How it works

The Wealthbox and Testimonial iQ integration streamlines the process of collecting client feedback and testimonials by allowing advisors to automate review requests directly within Wealthbox. Once enabled, the integration works by triggering a feedback request after each client meeting. Advisors can configure these requests to be sent based on specific events marked as “Completed” in Wealthbox, such as a “Client Review” category. Additionally, they can set a delay time (e.g., one hour) to ensure the request reaches clients at the most opportune moment.

With this integration, advisors can gather valuable client testimonials and Google Reviews automatically, saving time and maximizing response rates. The performance metrics for these testimonials, such as average rating, distribution, and regional performance, are easily accessible within Testimonial iQ, allowing advisors to continuously monitor and optimize their online reputation.
