Smartdata Partners with Wealthbox to Enhance Prospect Efficiency

Today, Wealthbox is excited to announce an integration with Smartdata, a patent-pending technology that allows advisors to see prospects’ portfolios, investment statements, fees, and transactions in seconds. With the Smartdata integration, advisors can connect their Wealthbox accounts to access detailed financial information, enhancing their ability to provide personalized advice and strategies to clients.

How it works

Once the integration has been enabled, advisors can send Smartdata invites by using a contact tag and pulling contact record data directly from Wealthbox. On the Contact Record page in Wealthbox, adding a “smartdata” tag (all lowercase) to contacts will automatically invite them to connect with Smartdata.

This tag allows users to seamlessly integrate their contacts into the Smartdata platform, facilitating quicker access to comprehensive financial insights and smoother collaboration between advisors and clients.

Smartdata’s Smartleads

The Smartleads feature in Smartdata provides a personalized QR code and form aimed at capturing external leads. Leads can input their name, email, or phone number and link their account, resulting in automatic registration within the user’s Wealthbox account. Following registration, their portfolio data is promptly sent to the advisor for review and analysis.
