Advisors often need to track specific client information according to specific FINRA requirements. One such requirement is recording clients’ “trusted contact” when opening a new financial account.
While this is something most custodians track, many advisory firms want to store this information in their CRM as well. This helps keep the trusted contact’s information organized and linked to the relevant client, and also provides a record that the advisor has discussed it with the client.
Small Enhancement, Big Improvement
So today we’re happy to release “trusted contact” fields in Wealthbox. Trusted contact entries are now available on the contact record page as well as in reports, imports/exports, contact merges, and the API. For those looking to track more than just one trusted contact, the related contacts widget can track as many additional trusted contacts as needed.
