Last fall, Docupace and Wealthbox partnered to improve back-office workflows by deepening the integration between Wealthbox and Docupace’s Client Folder. Today, we’re announcing an upgrade to the client onboarding process: Household member information can now be included when sending to Docupace Starting Point.

This upgrade, available now, allows advisors to select a client’s household members and send their information to prefill forms in Docupace Starting Point. Docupace users can use the “blue arrows” in Docupace to automatically complete forms using household member’s information instead of the primary client.
How it works
Docupace users who enable the integration in Wealthbox can “Send to” Docupace from the Contact Record page in Wealthbox to kick off new form-filling processes.
Add up to four additional household members…
And voila! Wealthbox will package up the details for each contact and SSO you in to Docupace to complete forms on behalf of your clients.
Once you have your forms selected and have created your work item, you can use the blue arrows in Docupace to autofill information for your household contacts.

In addition to sending additional household members to Starting Point, Docupace users also benefit from additional mapped fields as well:
- Drivers license number
- Drivers license issue date
- Drivers license expiration date
- Drivers license state
- Employer Tax Id
- Gender
- Income
- Marital status
- Net worth
- Household member role
