Advisors who value strong client relationships know that keeping track of the important details is crucial for building trust. Whether preparing for a graduation, upcoming vacation, or a major life event, advisors who remember details about their clients’ lives, preferences, and portfolios are typically better suited to provide helpful advice from the get-go.
But as many advisors will admit, taking notes for these life events can be repetitive and time-consuming, stealing valuable time away from other pressing tasks. When taking meeting notes, advisors often find themselves re-entering the same kind of information, such as:
- Who was on the call?
- Which service tiers were discussed?
- What opportunities are available?
- What are the next steps?
- And more…
Wouldn’t it be easier if there were a library of templates to use as a basis for starting and organizing new notes? Well, now there is: Today we’re happy to introduce note templates in Wealthbox!
How It Works
With note templates, it’s easy to add consistent notes for contacts, opportunities, and projects. Simply choose a template from the list, and the note template will automatically pre-fill into the publisher at the top of the Wealthbox dashboard. From there, you can edit the text and @-mention clients before posting the note content to the activity stream.
Note templates are available now, so all Wealthbox users can begin creating their own today.
