Get started with Wealthbox + GReminders

GReminders provides financial advisors and their teams with the ability to automate scheduling and appointment reminders, resulting in increased productivity while greatly reducing costly no-shows.

GReminders integrates directly with Wealthbox and syncs bi-directionally with Google and Microsoft calendars eliminating the hassle of setting up third-party connections. Advisors can now use the integration to automate customized scheduling and reminder messaging while seeing status updates within a client record.

  Once Wealthbox is activated within the GReminders dashboard, advisors can begin to set up highly-customizable scheduling and meeting reminder templates. These templates will be automatically sent via email and/or SMS messaging when clients meet certain predefined criteria

  Prospective clients can also schedule an initial meeting with the first available advisor using Round Robin Scheduling. When new clients schedule appointments with you using GReminders automated scheduling, their contact information is added instantly to Wealthbox CRM.
