Director of Demand Generation

Location: Remote (EST Preferred)

Wealthbox is a CRM software platform for financial advisors that launched in 2014. Integrated with leading custodians and fintech partners, Wealthbox is known for its modern product design and powerful yet intuitive user experience.
 
We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join our Marketing department, reporting to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you’ll lead and execute strategies to drive demand for Wealthbox CRM, focusing heavily on digital demand generation channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our customer base by managing email marketing, paid advertising, third-party sponsorships, and other lead-generation activities.
 

Responsibilities in this position include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to support revenue goals.
  • Lead digital demand generation initiatives, including:
    • Email Marketing: Build and manage campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Paid Advertising: Optimize performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
    • Third-Party Sponsorships: Evaluate, negotiate, and execute sponsorships with industry-relevant organizations and events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we’re always one step ahead of the competition.

 

Desired skills & experience

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through email marketing, paid advertising, and sponsorships.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
