Brand Designer

Location: Remote

Wealthbox is a CRM software platform for financial advisors that launched in 2014. Integrated with leading custodians and fintech partners, Wealthbox is known for its modern product design and powerful yet intuitive user experience.
 
We are seeking a Brand Designer to join our Marketing department. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with the CEO/cofounder of Wealthbox. You will be responsible for driving the evolution and consistency of the Wealthbox brand across all marketing touchpoints. You’ll create visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience of financial advisors, enhancing the Wealthbox brand’s impact and visibility in the market.
 
A typical day might include brainstorming creative concepts for a campaign, designing graphics for new landing pages on the marketing site and ads for social media, refining the look of a presentation deck, or collaborating with the team to ensure brand alignment across a new initiative. The Brand Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Wealthbox and ensuring consistency across all external and internal communications.
 

Responsibilities in this position include:

  • Create and refine brand assets, including the marketing site, digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and print materials, to maintain and elevate Wealthbox’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and event promotions with on-brand visuals.
  • Design and oversee layouts for eBooks, whitepapers, and other thought leadership content.
  • Partner with the Wealthbox Design team, external agencies, and/or contractors to ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
  • Maintain and evolve Wealthbox’s brand guidelines to keep the visual identity fresh, cohesive, and aligned with industry trends.
  • Provide creative input on website design updates, working closely with the marketing and engineering teams.
  • Stay informed about emerging design trends and tools to ensure Wealthbox remains at the forefront of innovative marketing design.

 

Desired skills & experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand design or marketing design, preferably for SaaS companies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating assets for both digital (social, email, web) and print platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with web editing tools.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and excitement to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
