How it works
The integration between Wealthbox and Couplr AI streamlines lead management for advisors, enabling seamless tracking and conversion of inbound leads. To enable the integration, advisors can access the Integrations tab in their Couplr AI Advisor Dashboard.
From there, advisors can select the Wealthbox tile and click the Connect button. A login window for Wealthbox will appear, where advisors can securely enter their credentials to authorize the connection.
Once connected, all new leads from the Couplr AI platform are automatically sent to the Opportunities section in Wealthbox, marked with “Couplr” for easy identification. Any updates to the Stage or Amount fields in Wealthbox are synchronized back to Couplr AI, providing a comprehensive view of lead progress and ROI tracking.
