Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

Location: Remote, USA (EST hours preferred)

Wealthbox is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to develop and lead our Sales Development Representative team. In this critical role, you will drive the performance of the SDR team, ensuring they effectively set qualified meetings, expand our presence in the wealth management industry, and support the sales organization’s growth objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our sales development efforts, directly impacting Wealthbox’s success in the SMB and Mid-Market/Enterprise market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the SDR team, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Work with sales enablement and revenue operations to continuously assess and refine lead generation processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, business development, and leadership teams to align strategies, ensure smooth lead handoffs, and refine messaging based on market feedback.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation and enhance the SDR strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting on SDR performance and lead generation outcomes, using insights to inform future strategies and initiatives.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Management or leadership experience within the SaaS FinTech and CRM software experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful SDR teams and achieving lead generation targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, particularly in the SMB space.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Nooks, Gong, Salesforce, new AI technologies), and lead-generation technologies.

 

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours (fully remote, US based)
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences
